The jGun single speed guns are designed to give an even and accurate final torquing every time. The splined reaction area allows for the use of custom reaction fixtures giving the user the flexibility to adapt the tool for any application.

The jGUN is a precision air torque/tension com patible machine that unlike impact guns… you can set and get your desired load. Impact wrenches function by shocking the nut with fast blows by a hammer-like device. This leads to inaccuracies, heavy vibration and loud operating volume. The jGUN uses precision gearing to produce constant, calibrated power assuring that you will achieve bolt load within your window of accuracy every time.

High Speed Rundown & Final Torque

The jGUN dual speed gun provides the speed and conveniences of an impact wrench without its noise, vibration and load variation. Its twin torque mechanism has a first stage for used for nut rundown and removal at an amazing 1400 RPM’s! The second stage is used for applying the final torque (or stretch with the LoaDisc or Clamp) to the bolt.

Stretch-To-Load Bolting Technology

The jGUN is true, multifunctional air gun. The ergonomic, all application fit design and supplied coaxial drive reaction arm for the jGUN ensures that conventional/standard torque applications are easily addressed. But why bother with a reaction arm at all?

With the LoaDisc™ system, reaction arms and back up wrenches are eliminated and friction is controlled to allow for accurate torque-to-bolt load conversion.

With the Clamp™ mechanical tension bolt load accuracy is guaranteed to within 5% side load and torsion free!
